Rails and Mixpanel

This class will cover:

1. Tracking page views with Google Analytics (briefly)
2. Setting up Mixpanel
3. How to use Mixpanel intelligently:
   • Sending events
   • Tracking a user’s activity
   • The different kinds of properties: People Properties, Super Properties, Event Properties
   • Emailing drip emails to users (one of the most powerful features of mixpanel!)

Prerequisites:

1. Have a Rails Environment Set up (http://installfest.railsbridge.org/installfest/)
2. Clone the Rails School repository (see link on bottom left that says "This website is open-sourced" for the repo)
